This tutorial focuses more on how I set up a face/how I base them out. I know there's the common method of a single line down the center of the face but that never really worked for me, and eventually I came up with this after a lot of trial and error. I hope this helps others while this is obviously in my style, I got the whole ladder idea from real human faces, and thus it can be applied to other styles as well
The step that will probably be most helpful to anyone is the fourth, which is my basic ladder setup. This setup can be played with, each space between a "rung/line" doesn't have to be a square, I find males tend to have more rectangular and elongated spaces (which is why the face I drew looks more feminine).

This is wonderful! I have a really hard time with faces from the sides, so I think this might help me out with that!
